Tried Lost for about a week, then couldn't stand it anymore after losing a few Holy Mantle/Dead cat runs in the depths/womb. Well, I did literally all the secrets except the Lost in Rebirth without the DLC's first. If you end up stuck in the spam filter, just message the mods.
